I have always had great experience with your office. From myself to my 5 year old and 18 month old daughters. The staff always is very sweet, welcoming and david is great. He always has great information, and always amazing bedside manners! Thanks for all you do!

Although the doctor and his staff were wonderful the billing department NOT! I had to pay the full amount of my visit due to my insurance dedication not being met yet. I paid with my flex spending card. Since Feb 22nd I have been fighting with them to reimburse my flex spending card the amount they over charged me. I have gone back and forth with them, I have sent in my EOB paperwork, I have called many times only to speak with someone else and have to explain everything again. Due to this run around and them not reimbursing the over charge my flex spending card has been froze until the billing department get off their behinds and correct the issue.

I was very impressed to be able to book an appointment online and be seen within just a few days. The office staff was friendly and wait time was minimal. I saw the PA Dr. French and he was great! He made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. I will definitely recommend Alpine and return again in the future.
